New Moon Cast Gathers in Vancouver

Melissa Rosenberg, the screenwriter for New Moon, recently announced that the full cast from Twilight will return for New Moon and they are now gathered in Vancouver for pre-production work. Edward, Bella, and Jacob are already hard at work so we can see New Moon in theatres in November!
I can tell you the original cast will all be coming back. They’re on set right now, in Vancouver! They’re all up there prepping the movie to start shooting very soon.”

Did they also do prep work for Twilight in Vancouver, BC? I know only a few sites were filmed in Forks, WA & the majority of filming occurred in and around areas of Portland, OR, the outlying areas, not actually within the hub of the metropolis. Will they also move filming of New Moon there as well…If memory serves correctly, without getting out my book, New Moon, most of the filming should be being done, at first, in LaPush, the reservation, as Jacob’s and Bella’s friendship continues to grow… even though Edward is still vividly on Bella’s mind… And, of course, a Edward comeback is in Italy at the Volturi’s empire…
This is going to have some real good action in it…Can’t wait until November…
Curious if Robert Pattinson got into trouble with producers for sutting his wayward locks? Will he have to wear extentions or a wig so Edward does not look different?
I like his hair both ways but neater cut… Sorry fans… BTW, Robert, if you are reading this blog, would you like a puppy who is now 6 weeks old (born January 24, 2009), who has the Edward Cullen wayward locks fur, so I temporarily am calling him Edward Cullen…Please don’t take offense…but he may enjoy being your traveling buddy after you get him the proper vaccines required… Oh, he has 5 other brothers, Carlise Cullen, Jasper Cullen, Alex O’l, Mick St John, Josef Kosten & 1 sister, Sophia Beth Turner…He is a American Staffordshire Terrier Mix (Dad’s a purebred named Mugs-A-Million)& his Mom is a Pit Mix called Bella (Una Bella Mia)…

I am living in Surrey, which is very close to Vancouver. Vancouver has the perfect weather for this film. Rain, fog, spooky forests etc.
I would like to know if anyone has seen any of the cast around Vancouver. Word is they are in town doing rehearsals somewhere but BC Film Commission does not even have the film posted. Everything is all secretive because the fans are going crazy over this new production.
Megan, you are one lucky lady living so close to where the cast is supposedly located… I can just imagine that if word leaked out as to their whereabouts what mayhem there would be at the sets; then we would not get the movie filmed and released by November, 2009, would we?
Do not get me wrong…if I lived there or had the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the filming or meet anyone of the stars, I would be there with bells on and hot soup for all of them… I can remember checking out the YouTubes trailers of filming on LaPush beach and feeling so sorry for those cold wet kids… They all seem to be real troupers…
Let up all know if you learn anything …. and for heavens sake take a camera al all times with you as you get about town…you may never know when one of them thinks that they won’t be recognized and stops into a super market, pharmacy, for a needed item…or, even them, being tourists themselves, so to speak, up there, that they may find a neat place to capture their own memories on camera & you will have a camera just handy for someone to snap a photo of you and Robert or Kristan or any of the other Cullens, the Blacks or Charlie…
